No soap in self service bays. Had already ran my credit card when I found this out. No hope of a refund due to awful customer service.

The self service is definitely better than the automated.

Not open when I arrived shortly after 5 p.m. except for self service. An update of current service which does not include cleaning and vacuuming the interior would have been helpful. The carwash area looked clean and well maintained.
