Let me start with the most egregious first and work my way backwards. First, after submitting a complaint about the handling and poor communication of their loan officers, I received a threatening call from a manager by the name of Scott Thompson who essentially blackmailed me stating he would not offer my veteran elderly father a loan if I didn’t retract my complaint and also do exactly as he asked, and then he had the audacity to demand I apologize to his team for complaining about the poor communication and delay after delay. That coupled with their terrible professionalism as my real estate agent called “a ridiculous state of affairs” which she’s never witnessed before in her entire career. In a span of one month my elderly father received not one m, not two by four different contracts, as the deal would suddenly and magically change. Mind you he’s a veteran with a pretty nice pension plus VA benefits and a score of 700 give or take. Buyers I advise caution when dealing this firm and conduct your research on who you are doing business with. They seemed to have taken every thing personally as if they were the borrower and it was their money.
