“This is really an outstanding/amazing business. I bought a BMW M Roadster online, without a good maintenance history. I found Elsen's Autohaus on BIMRS.org and called John Jr to let him know when I was coming. I shipped a radiator to him, and flew from San Antonio to CVG and picked up the car. The next morning I was at the business when it opened, with a suitcase full of parts. One of the Andrews then worked 5 straight hours installing the radiator and numerous parts and fluids from rear to front. “My daughter’s car engine shield or cover was detached and touching the road. I called Caliber Collision looking for help and Margo over the phone told me to bring the car and have a look at it the same morning. When she received the car, they looked at the situation and removed the damaged engine covers so that the car could run smoothy without that piece touching the road. That was very helpful as my daughter can now drive her car safely until they receive the replacements. Margo, who was very nice, is going to call me back with an estimate for the repair. They did not charge me for the visit or for removing the shields.”
“I just went for an oil change based on a flyer in the mail. Making an appointment was super easy, and then the lounge was really comfortable with nice amenities to wait in.
One thing I really like and will keep me coming back - they sent a full inspection report on my car with pictures and details about everything they checked. Customer service in the shop was great!”
