“Ben and his team were professional and a pleasure to work with. After being rear ended the car was still drivable but the minute Ben saw it he told us there was a lot more damage you could not see. He was extremely persistent with the insurance company and had to keep submitting photos of the damage and taking more parts off the vehicle to prove that he was correct in his assessment of the damage. Even though the vehicle was totaled Ben's persistence made sure we did not make the mistake of trying to fix something that would not have been safe to drive.
