Overview: If you do not have virgin hair and you have thicker 3B-3C curls, be very cautious about getting your color done here.
Full Story:
I have 3C hair and I went to this salon because I thought they specialize in curly hair. However, I believe it is better to say that they specialize in looser curls and wavy hair and not thick, 3B-3C hair.
I originally went to get honey blonde color all over. The first picture is how my hair was before. The 2nd pic is after she used a high lift color treatment. The 3rd pic is after I went back to get the color fixed and she used a bleach treatment on the middle portion of the strands.
To preface, I did have previous color on my hair a couple years back. I told the stylist this during a consultation and showed her a picture of my previous color and the desired color. She said she would be able to do it.
For my first appointment she did not try a test strand to see how it would turn out with the previous color. Then, as the color was lifting, she said it looked even to her and let me leave the salon with a very uneven hair color.
Thankfully, she was able to squeeze me in a week later after hours which is where the extra star comes from. The appointment was discounted but not free. For the 2nd appointment, she did a test strand with bleach and said it would be easier to do an ombre and just bleach the middle where it was darker and blend it with the top. But she said she didn’t have enough time to do all my hair so she could just do the top half and the front to cover the rest until after my vacation in a few weeks. However, you could see in the 3rd picture that it did not cover it very well and it doesn’t look very ombre either. The curls are also very damaged from the two processes and some are almost straight and don’t match the other curls.
A day after the 2nd appointment, I asked her if she could squeeze me in before the trip (2 weeks out from it) because I can’t go like this and she said she couldn’t and next time she would charge me the full price for the corrective color and for the shampoo and style.
Now, I have to attempt to bleach my own hair so that it can look presentable for the trip and do a protein treatment to strengthen the hair. In conclusion, it was a waste of $220.
Requested style: Full head honey blonde color.
Hair type: Shoulder length thick 3C hair with previous color two years back.

I had an amazing haircut with Jordan. She did an great job at handling my curly hair. I wanted her to keep length but give me layers working with my natural curl because I do not straighten it. I was impressed with the haircut. Highly recommend.

Wonderful salon! Easy to select a time and book online. Salon was bright and clean. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Was offered free snacks and drinks twice in the short time before my stylist was ready. Katie was great! She talked me through options with my new desired style and it came out great! I've had nothing but compliments on the new cut! Will definitely be back!

Stylist: I’m the straight-haired mom of a curly-haired daughter, and I’ve been trying to find the perfect stylist for my daughter for years! The first time Stephanie cut my daughter’s hair, I wanted to cry! Not only did she give a great cut and style, she patiently taught my daughter how to care for and style her curls. My daughter had the biggest smile when we left. Worth every cent!

If you’re looking for someone to take extra time to cut your curly hair you have to go see Molly! She was super sweet and I love my haircut. We cut off a good amount of length and she made my curls look beautiful!

HUGE HUGE HUGE fan of these amazing ladies and their warm welcoming they offer every time I visit. From the wonderful smiles of the ladies at the front desk welcoming you in, to the clean and professional set up of the salon you definitely can't go wrong with any of your hair needs here. Super special shout out to Katie Caddell who is my go to stylist every time I'm there. I prefer more colorful and non traditional hair colors and style and Katie is a pro at both. Molly is fabulous! If you need a curly stylist, she is your gal. She has cut my hair, and both of my teen daughters’ hair. Great with short hair and long hair, straight and curly. She truly takes her time to understand exactly what style you’re going for. The salon is beautiful and clean, service is excellent!
