“To top off all the bad things life has been throwing at me lately, I got a flat tire when I was taking my daughter to school last week. I’ve never had to deal with this before and it caused a lot of anxiety for me. I called Dennis Tire and spoke with Shane who offered to put a new tire on if they had the correct size in stock or put on the spare for me if they didn’t have it. From the time I discovered the flat tire to the time Shane had a new tire on my car and had me out the door was 1 hour! He was so kind and patient with me and turned a stressful situation around quickly. I hope this company realizes how valuable of a person/employee that man is.
