“Started working out with Brittany in March and absolutely love my time there. In the short time I have been going I have seen so much improvement in my strength and balance. I highly recommend going here to everyone who is looking to improve their fitness.”

“I started doing yoga for my mental health nearly 3 years ago, and it was the best decision I've ever made for myself! My experience here has been life changing. Sam and Tricia have created a welcoming home here for anyone and everyone. There is no judgment here. You're greeted with a happy smile and you can feel the love when you walk through the doors. Everyone is family in this place. My son loves coming to kids yoga every month, too! For anyone looking to start or deepen your practice, this is the place!”

“All you need to know - He's got Battle Axes and Broad Swords on the wall! Great old school style gym. Some original Nautilus equipment and even more homemade Nautilus immitations. Pretty small place and only has one or two of each machine but that adds to the charm. The place can get full of meat heads in the afternoon/evening, and the geriatric Fox News loving crowd takes over from about 8-11AM. Be confident and don't let them push you around and you'll be fine. It's a small place so if you get there when they're busy expect to be sharing equipment with other guys or modify your routine accordingly. Dave the owner and Paul the unofficial Assistant Manager are both great and will chat you up all day, offer advice, and happily help you with any equipment you might not have seen before. If you're brand new to working out and aren't quite sure what you're doing yet I can see where this place would be intimidating (due mostly to the "bros" that show up in the evening). Dave offers a $5 day pass to try it out a few times before you commit long term. If you're a big cardio user you're probably better off at the YMCA as Fitness Master's only has 3-4 treadmills and maybe 3 bikes. If crowds aren't your thing come in the morning. There is usually somebody in there around 5. Just knock and they'll let you in.”
