Horrendous treatment - took my 88 yr old mother for a quick trim. It's all she can tolerate. I had a Guide Dog puppy w/ us. Puppy had a scarf & I had a backpack to identify. The manager watched the 15 minutes it took for mom to register & get to station - then bellows across the salon that I had to have papers as proof. She rants thru the salon that I must leave. Idk policy but she was so rude and loud and didn't stop her diatribe while I was removing my mom from the chair (she was confused due to her dementia). I can't overstate how rudely, abruptly, and loudly this manager behaved.
If service animals require paperwork, it should be posted on their entrance.

First, $20 now for 5 minutes of clippers.
Last time we're going there this time for sure. Worst haircut ever. I also did not feel confident in the woman's super shaky hands. Last time we were there an employee got very upset and developed an attitude when I told her i wanted to wait for someone else. No more.

Shelby did an amazing job on my sons hair! He has sensory issues and right away she asked if there was anything to avoid . My son has never been happier after a hair cut . Thankyou so much Shelby, I hope you see this and know how much we appreciated your kindness!!
