I’ve never taken our vehicles anywhere, before now. Always done the repairs myself! These guy are amazing and I will only use these fellas from now on! They are FAST, very knowledgeable and great communication!! Price was beyond reasonable! They just made a lifelong customer!! Great job guys!!

We drove into Louisville from Orlando for the 4th, the car was running a little rough and it caused concern. When we arrived at our destination the plan was to go to a mechanic our Ohio family has been using for ages, but when we called that option fell through due to how busy they were. Our family then referred us to Gearheads. It was already 4:30pm so I rushed over there. To my astonishment the young man who greeted me (Scott) was extremely accommodating and completed a quick assessment and pinpointed the issue. He said he’d order the parts and call me when they arrived the next day. As promised his team called to let me know the parts came in and that was 9:30 am. We took the car in and left it there less than an hour maybe 2. It’s now noon and we’re back in the car on the way to Italos ? to celebrate! Thank you Gearheads for your awesome service. Well done guys!!!

if i could give negative stars i would. i took my car into this garage to have a diff replacement, i brought my own parts and asked them if they needed to replace anything just to give me a call. i was only quoted $250-$300 from the owner of this establishment. not once in the two days it was there did they call me to let me know they were going over budget or even ordering new parts. when it came time to pick it up i ended up paying $560, $260 over the quote they gave me. when i first started the car up it had a new abs light on and the e-brake light stayed on. i took it back in there to see what they messed up they told me i would have to pay more money to them to fix what they messed up. overall just in the same place i was before i took it there. -100/10, never go to this garage to get your car fixed. Terribly customer service, not to mention that they’ll take the easiest/cheapest way out of a problem so they can make a quick dollar.Service: General repairs & maintenance
