We are new to Louisville and discovered Ace Hardware and what a treasure it is!! For paint go and see Andrea she is the best hands own! She has an eye for color and is the friendliest. All of the employees are eager to take care of you. It fits right in with Louisvilles home town feel. Keep up the EXCELLENT ??? work

Well understand back order on repairs. But if you want your brand new mower of 40 days to sit in the rain. Why they tell you it will be another 2 weeks before they can look at it.

I like Ace hardware in Louisville, Ohio because they carry some things that other stores don’t. They are a little more pricey but it’s worth it for the convenience.

If I could give a zero I would. Their customer service is worthless. I took in my 6 month old zero turn with 24 hours on it due to a warranty issue (not their fault, engine was damaged). They literally had zero communication, I had to go into the store in-person to get any information. They had my mower from September to March, would not return any phone calls to communicate parts on back order. My mower was stored outside all winter, which has led to major spindle damage on the deck that another shop is repairing. My mower was returned with scratches, gouges and dents along both sides (It is kept in a shed and washed regularly), a water logged head light and seat. When I went in to see if they would replace it due to their damage, Their manager told me to file my complaints and get out, he was not going to entertain any complaints. I filed my complaints and they are denying everything (I expected this). Avoid this place at all costs, they have zero respect for their customers or their property. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a dealer, The current dealer that is fixing what Metzger damaged is a tremendous improvement. Metzger Ace is a stain on the Louisville Community, they either need to completely revamp their management or the community needs to run them out of business.

People and service are awesome. Ace products just aren't very good, So service and employees are fantastic but anything that says ace on it is pretty much garbage. Try to avoid the ace name and you should be good
