If I could give negative stars, I would. This is the most horrible experience I've ever had doing taxes. I went here for all the 5 star reviews only to be extremely let down. Price and quality do not match. Steve could not keep his facts straight and did not seem like he knew what he was doing at all. Confused himself umpteen times during both times I was in there, and could not remember the city of my ONE work location. Charged $90 the first time, and because he couldn't understand why my w2's had another city on them, I had to come back a 2nd time just for him to want to charge me another $70 just for looking things up on the computer, and I feel like I'm doing half the work for him. I can't even count how many times he asked me the same question over and over again. He told me during the first visit he'd only charge another $20-30 the second time, so when I brought that up he said he'd compromise and go to $50. That is absolutely insane to me. I will never go back here for taxes or ever recommend this place to anyone.
