You get the best service here. Its like nowhere else. Even when insurance wants us to all use the big chains. I try to have my prescriptions routed here for as long as possible.

Not wearing masks on January 18th troubled us. I would think being a Pharmacy masks at this point of the pandemic should be worn especially with their contact with the elderly. We’ll go back to curbside pickup if we stay with this Pharmacy. We’ve had a few problems with our order’s not being correct. I’m thankful we have a Pharmacy in the Village of Loudonville and hopefully they’ll be more careful in the future. I could have gone into greater detail but I won’t do that to a local business. My advice would be to care more about those your serving and wear a proper face covering and attention to detail when filling prescriptions.

Rude, rude rude!!!I have filled prescriptions for years here, and had no complaints until the new owners took over. They have been short and rude in person and also over the phone! I will NOT being going back! I’ll be taking my business elsewhere!
