I can not describe how beautiful the people that own and run this amazing store. Every time I walk in, I feel like i've just walked inside my home. All the lovely and calming smells to all the warm, welcoming energy. It is such a safe space to be in. A highly recommend this store. The prices on the jewelry are fantastic. And they have a great selection. I have been buying my crystals here for many years. Love and Light

I wish so badly that people were less judgemental and snooty. I absolutely LOVE the minerals and rocks they have here (tho many are obscenely overpriced), but the people who work here are absolutely the rudest and most unprofessional retail workers I have EVER seen. I had asked the taller blonde lady behind the counter about a mineral I had and asked if she'd be able to help me identify it. She gave me a very short snipity answer about how she doesn't know and she hasn't even seen it yet. She watched my wife, my 1 year old daughter and I shop the ENTIRE time we were there. Like we were thieves or we were up to no good or something. In another instance, a couple years ago me and my wife (girlfriend at that time) were there rock shopping and got accused of stealing ! And my Godmother works at this place and has for years! It's just outrageous how they treat people in this place. I would rather buy rocks online for 50% cheaper (if not more) and not have to deal with the hassle of disarming a judgmental , skeptic that has no business working in the customer service field.

First time coming here. Wanted to check out some decor for my vacation house in Akron. Great variety of nic nacks and hard to find items. Staff knows the store very well and we even took a trip up the spiral staircase to see even more things that they offer. Worth checking out!

Absolutely love this store! Be sure to check it out when you're visiting Loudonville Ohio. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful! My wife, 11 year old daughter, and her friend were in the enth-degree of heaven just looking around, never mind the treasures they took home with them. Thank you to Creative Outlet for a phenomenal time in your shop.
