Buying a car can be stressful especially when you work long hours and have a family with small children. The first time I called in, I spoke to Kevin, I told him we wouldn't be able to be there until 6:30pm (they close at 7) and he told me, "My job is not done until the last SATISFIED customer leaves", and that is exactly what he upheld throughout the whole process. He answered every question, he extended every courtesy, and he went above and beyond to keep us satisfied. You can tell this business is more than just selling cars for him, his heart is really in it.
We were also able to work with Josh from the financial department, who really rallied to get us a payment we were comfortable with. All in all, it was a great experience!

I just leased a 2024 Ford Escape. Kevin Hans took the time to sit down with me and go over how everything works on the vehicle and told me if I have any questions not to hesitate to call and ask. Everyone at Bill Harris Ford was so nice and professional. I will be coming back to lease my vehicles from them from now on.

I absolutely HATE car shopping! (Like most of us, right?) Being a single mom and working so hard for every little thing I was dreading this for many reasons. Late last night I reached out online about a new vehicle I saw that I was interested in. First thing this morning I was contacted by Dillon. After just a short phone call I was already feeling a tad bit hopeful. While I was at work all day today Dillon worked non stop to not only get me the best deal but also was honest about the things I didn’t necessarily want to hear. I had some negative equity I was fighting against. Personally I’d much rather know the good and bad instead of having someone try and smooth talk me into something. He gave me options, encouraged me to take my time in this decision and was never the “pushy car salesman “ we all dread. In less than 24 hours I’ve signed for a brand new car (my first ever!) and the cherry on the top… Dillon is delivering the car right to me! Thank you for FINALLY proving to me that buying a car doesn’t have to be absolutely horrible! Starting tomorrow I’ll have my first ever brand new car that will work perfectly for my baby and I. I won’t have buyers remorse AND I no longer have to figure out where to go to buy all my vehicles! A millions thanks! ?❤️
