Elite Tire has been working on my vehicles for a few years now. The staff are always polite and very informitive. I seldom have any issue with getting tire related things done on the same day unless it requires ordering parts (usually within a day or 2). They have installed a lift kit including shocks on my truck, aligned, added spacers and caliper covers. Both vehicles have had aftermarket rims and tires put on there as well. Along with mounting/balancing and TPMS sensors. They have done a little bit of everything between both my vehicles.
Today I got a call from John telling me my parts were in, and he could get me in after work. I got there about hour before close and was able to be finished around 5pm. The truck just needed some spacers and new lugs since adding flares.

My husband and I have bought tires here several times . Staff is always very friendly and helpful. Answered all our questions and offered advice . Free repairs a couple times. All around best place we've taken our vehicles for tires and alignment.

I would give you 10 stars if I we could. We were traveling from Pennsylvania to Columbus for a funeral that was to start that afternoon. I noticed my tire was low and loosing air when we filled up on i70. Luckily with goggle we found your shop. I can say enough of the kindness you showed us. Took my car immediately, had snacks and coffee for us. All said and done we were on the road again in less than 30 minutes! On top of that you didn't charge me. Kindness and good service goes along way. Thank you so much! You made my day, and I felt like a angel sent us your way.

The worst experience I ever had no communication with me or the manager or the mechanic didn’t put the dipstick all the way in lost the boat broke a boat off my coil pack didn’t replace it gave me a bad aftermarket coil didn’t work then I took it home. It still didn’t run right Backyard mechanics

This buisness and their employees are top notch A++! Great work and great people! From the staff that installed my tires to the managers operating the shop! Couldn't have asked for better service! It's nice dealing with people that have great attitudes and really are concerned about you and your needs. I had an appointment set but my tires arrived early and I gave them a call to see if I could get in earlier.. This was 4 days until appointment.. The response was how soon can you be hear. Needless to say I jumped in the truck and was there in 20 min. This will be my go to shop for any vehicle related needs. I will say, I'm a mechanic and have been in the buisness and these guys are GREAT!
