I like Walmart+ but the personal shoppers here will straight up pretend to not have items / not have substitutions and refund your ordered food just because they feel like it.
Personal shopper pretended not to have bread today. ? Like come on.

This Walmart has caring workers in Automotive! They go over and above and help you when the other Walmart stores (Avon ) just blow you off! I took both my cars in for tires and apparently I only put warranty on my two tires on my jeep and not on my other two ! I put all warranty on my tires on my other car !! I find that weird ! The manager in Avon Store said I had no warranty on any of my tires ?I wanted a whole day trying to find out why ! The gentleman here helped me and even tried to give me an employee discount ! I didn’t catch his name but he I will next time ! Plus he plugged a tired that discount tire said couldn’t be fixed ?!!

Fix your ghetto parking lot there are cracks everywhere you can’t push your cart without hitting them it makes your groceries vibrate out of the bags. It’s very annoying. If you don’t fix them soon, cause they’ve been this way for years. I’m just going to go to Meijers 1 mile down the road.

The pickup and delivery services suck, its obvious that the employees don't do ther jobs and neither do their managers when I comes to online services I will Never order anything online from them again

Had to wait 15 minutes in the pick up Parking lot no one answering the phone had to call the store. The phone rang forever before someone picked up and now I’m still waiting for my pick up order.

Grocery pickup takes 45 MINUTES!! No one knows how to answer the phone regarding anything, including customer service and the ones who do answer, are rude!! Absolutely disgrace ??

I have shopped at the Lorain Walmart for years. I spend $200+ weekly there. I wanted to get a cake for mother's day, so I went to the bakery. The lady working was helping another customer. After they finished a 10 minute conversation about a Lorain festival, she walks past me and offers to help the other customers. She looks right at me and walked into the back and starts bagging bread. I wait another 10 minutes. I finally walk to where I could be seen and asked if she was going to help me? She comes out and is very rude to me. I say nevermind, I will go somewhere else. I mentioned that I was going to speak to the manager. Then she's ball of steel rude to me. I'll take my $10000 a year that I spend there somewhere else now. MEIJER'S has a cake and they were very friendly.
