Everything but the pharmacy is great. The pharmacist didn’t give courtesy to disabled recipients that it’ll be a wait to come back at a later time. They expect people to wait in drive thru lines and or stand inside that are disabled. It’s ridiculous it’s disrespectful. They need to figure out a reasonable solution to this! This isn’t a good look , if you’re not short staff and you have someone holding up the drive thru for over thirty minutes. Have them come inside to delay anyone else. It’s unacceptable and unethical to make others wait twenty minutes or more for a simple pick up. There was no communication given at all what’s happening. One star for poor empathy and poor communication! Also for the rude staff trying to make a mockery of it and laughing. Then a Latina inserts herself and gaslights an argument very distasteful and unprofessional. To go back and forth with a customer once the manager arrives she’s gets loud at the mouth now had I approached her I would’ve been in the wrong! Anybody willing to risk it all is not an assets but a liability ! Once you come at someone sideways you can’t get mad when the customer snaps back! This experience was appalling but glad the manager told her to walk away to rectify the situation and hear me out.

Most of the staff are great. There are a few who should definitely not work with the public. Whoever orders the pharmaceutical supplies needs a new position. I have experienced several times a medicine that I get regularly has been out of stock for several days. Which requires a call to my Dr to get it switched to another Walgreens. This should not happen. I have been there when others have complained about the same occurrence. You can look and see what is regularly ordered by your patrons. Yet you continually do not have the medications. Now that the Rite -Aid customers are now being switched, I expect the failings to be quite substantial. Hire better people who can read a printout of what is currently being ordered and what is in stock and what your store customers need. If enough people called the ombudsman, the process would get better so they would avoid state fines and citations. Do better!! These are people's lives, not just a prescription number.

Can’t even drop off a Rx during their sacred lunch time.Have always used the app for photos and have always preferred to use Walgreens for pharmacy services.Never again.So inconvenient.So RUDE about it too.

Placed order and express paid. One script was only filled with 5 pills so I wasn't driving there for 5 pills. Finally filled the whole script Friday only could get there Monday since closed Sundays. Went today told my paid for pills would have to paid again in person because they didnt send me the qr code. I showed them it was paid but no so no I'm not paying 200 bucks twice. Family advised to sue when I die from not having my thyroid or high blood pressure pills.

Pharmacy is the worst!!!!!! It always takes over 24 hr to fill my prescription. I called one day just to ask them when my prescription will be ready. They gave me no information and told me theydont know because they got an e prescription. I literally had my doctors appointment on that same day and my doctor sent the prescription right after the appointment. Instead I was told you should have enough to get me through the month like I was some type of addict to them who needed them to give me my prescription like I needed a fix or something. I just called to ask when it was ready. It was rude and disrespectful. The pharmacist really need to learn that everyone should be treated with respect

this place is a joke!!! I went to pick up my prescription at about 1:25 and waited in line and even though I was already waiting they closed the pharmacy at 1:30 and told me they were going to lunch and to come back at 2. I thought I'd use them because they were closer than the pharmacy I normally use but obviously closer isn't the best option.
