The worst customer service ever. I was totally turned off and appalled by the way the man spoke to me and treated me. The man was rude and scolded me for looking at other color options of wigs that were on the bottom shelves of the display. He asked me what was i doing looking down there what did i want and that i should just look at the displays insinuating that i was doing something wrong. I would rather spend my money even double somewhere that appreciates and values their customers. I will never step foot in their overpriced racist store nor will I encourage anyone else to shop there. Save your time and money don't shop here!!!

The ladies that where there working where giving us dirty looks following us everywhere that we went one behind us and one in front and then we stayed in the car for a bit and saw them checking where we were to make sure we didn’t steal anything don’t come here the stuff is over priced and they make you feel like you’re a criminal and need to be be on surveillance

Every time I come in here there's an issue they either look at you like you're about to steal something or I can't even use my card for purchase that's under $5 I don't see any signs and nobody carries around cash these days.

I don't know how they stay in business! Very rude, wanted me to buy straight bleach blonde clip in extension. Not close to mynatural wavey hair color. I had a piece of hair and was looking in a mirror. The employee then walked over to me and moved the mirror to . I said maybe i should come back. She said yea. Terrible service!

Thought I was gonna get a deal with the buy 1 get 1 free deal they had goin on but upon viewing 1 of the items (the main item) that I very much admired, it had alot of brown dirt on it and so I asked them if they could take a lil off of the price. They told me NO they would not and that I was already getting a deal with the buy 1 get 1 free. That was very rude and very unfair. They do stuff like this alot. They are very disrespectful and very rude a majority of the time. They treat people as if we need them, they don't need customers. I would not recommend this place to anybody.

Very poor customer service.
Soon as I walked in the door I was being stared down. Watched the whole entire time. A person come out of no where and started to act like she was fixing something right next me. As I’m leaving I’m still being stared at, came in for one thing bought it and left. All people of color don’t steal TINA!!!!! Everything is over priced anyways will not return.

Tina is very unpleasant! My first time ever in the store was today,I've been wanting to go for over 6 months now.I arrive ,first thing I notice is you're required to wear a mask ,which I'm sick of ! I ask her straightaway if she could help me ,she acted as if I was a burden. AFTER SOME HESITATION, She offered minimal help and then stepped back behind the counter and watched me the whole time.I browsed the entire store, nothing there for me.I put back a hair piece in the color she recommended...It wasn't even close to my color and I told her that on my way out! Never going again
