I switched from Verizon to Tmobile yesterday. The guys at the Meister Road location were very helpful. They were courteous and respectful. Finally, some excellent and professional, young men to deal with! You guys all deserve a big raise!

If I can rate a 0 I would they are not good for business the guys there always looked high and smell like alcohol or liquor they breath also smelled like garbage hygiene is important.They couldn't help my wife with her phone situation instead they kept wanting her to buy a new phone when she has insurance.They are definitely the worst store Tmobile has in our area we went to the Tmobile in Avon and they were amazing they were able to help and assist my wife with no issues.The guy told us he wanted to sell us the phone because if they sell so many items they get to go on a paid vacation by tmobile corporate like if we care.All we wanted was good customer service there Manager has no management skills and they are very unprofessional. I have a leader title and we like to empower our customers expectations and needs. Those workers are not fit to be working at Tmobile. I would never return to this store they lost a customer.

After my iPhone was stolen, I went to this location to get a phone and sign up for the senior plan. They would not do this. I could not afford the $167 monthly payment they suggested on their upsale and said so twice. I walked out after 2 1/2 hours. Do not go here.

I felt like the associate had other things to do that were more important. .There was none in the store with this employer that he was helping. I felt like I was an intrusion. When I bought my phone I was welcomed and the associate at that time spent over an hour getting me set up on my phone and welcomed me back if I had any concerns. My reason for this visit was I had been getting to many virus and Trojan warnings. I ended up resolving the issues on my phone with T-Mobile tech service. I needed a factory reset to clean everything up.

Just keep in mind that when they say “free with the bundle” it’s not free lol. They add it to your equipment installment plan meaning you’re actually financing and not getting something for FREE. They make their money off commission on accessories you got included in the bundle. Watch the word games. Go to a corporate store before you go here. My free case and screen protector are not free because I now have to pay for something I did not need or want from them to begin with. They also do not just sell you phones according to Tyree. If you just want a phone you have to order it online and get it shipped. The only way you can get an in stock phone from them is if it’s bundled with accessory’s so they can get their commission.

I gave that store 1 star because I can't give them zero stars,the employees seems like the had a hangover from the night before they go to work and they laziness it's unbelievable and they attitude socks BAD BUSINESS. ?
