My sister got off work from up the road! & one of the clerks called the cops on her for pulling off the road and taking a FaceTime call instead of driving and texting! & had 3 cops search her vehicle and find nothing all because your clerk called the cops! Are you serious! Please do better and train your people! Beyond a joke but then again you are located in Lorain! So…. Can’t expect much!

It’s an older location and very small compared to other stores. It could use some updates or maybe even a rebuild, but other than that the employees are friendly and the shelves are always stocked.

The cashiers are always friendly. I didn’t have my speedway card registered on the app & the clerk educated me about the benefits of the rewards. Since then, I registered my card & have been able to take advantage of speedway perks. Every time I come in they are always super friendly & helpful.

this store is not the best in the area most 7/11 are better the GM marlina is rude and is nice to customers to their face but will constantly talk badly about them like mean things while saying they are just like family when they are around, she's is rude as well as mean to her employees well the ones she doesn't favorite when you need help and she's there she will not offer help she's a poor leader with a bad attitude all o can say is leave you're problems and attitude at the door and the ratings are fake they are from workers and their families to up the rating and a mix of people who come here constantly only because they live close the place so really I don't see how that reflects a true rating because it's not realistic for a place to only have good reviews especially a gas station that has tweakers constantly coming and going

I need to use a cane to walk, and this was observed by the clerk when I came in to prepay for my fuel. She informed me that that particular location, 1161 North Ridge Rd Lorain, OH, has a policy where handicapped drivers can phone the store and inform them that they are coming there for gas. A clerk will come out and take care of everything including paying for fuel and anything from inside the store along with pumping the gas. The clerk was Mary C. and I recommend this store to all handicapped drivers. A plus in my book.
