Rose is always pleasant and extremely helpful.I called to get my sister's rescue dog groomed.They cannot accept animals that are not vaccinated...understandably so.She walked me through the process of a local store that offers a Vet Clinic.With her advice, I was able to get the little lady taken care of quickly and affordably.Thank you Rose for going above and beyond.

I am Replying to the review by Edwin..The puppy you are talking about is my little one..she is very dramatic, you don't have to touch her & she will yelp..She is tethered to the table for her safety so she won't fall off of it..Rose is very professional..she has groomed by pup for 3yrs now, I respect her hard work...

On Friday went in there, lady groomer was very angry at a dog for falling off a table which he was tied by the neck too. Think about somebody else being angry at your dog. My dog reacted more violently going in there than he does going to the veterinarian. Anger is what they have, at least that lady

Took our two Havanese in for a full grooming. We were very disappointed in the final results on both. It did not seem the boys were bathed, the hair cuts were ragged, one had a portion of hair cut out of half of one ear, no sanitary clean up under their bellies, one had a spot scalped down to the skin, no clean up cut around the anus, and the cut on their faces was irregular and incomplete. A total disappointment and do not recommend to use this establishment.

Just picked up our dog from a bath and nail trim. She looks beautiful! The staff is friendly and very helpful. We also bought that gorgeous collar for Jazz. Very reasonable prices for services and merchandise. And, who could resist the adorable pink storefront?

Rose is amazing, we have taken our dogs to her for over 13 years. She does wonderful job with all the various breeds we have had. From our pampered golden Dixie (12 years of service) to our hard to handle shih tzu (current). The girls love coming to see her and getting all dolled up. I will cry the day she retires.

They always do a great job! They are always on time for pickup and my dog looks and smells wonderful. I highly recommend Smitties!! PS the building is adorable!
