The manager ( I believe his name was Mark) and the associate, Paige, were VERY helpful and friendly. Paige tried helping me with color matching a foundation that would be good for my skin. She gave me some samples to try at home. Sephora really needs to get them the tool other Sephora stores have to help with color matching. We tried many colors and she remained very patient and kind. The store was super clean. I had a VERY enjoyable experience there. Although there space doesn't allow them to have room for more products....they were very sweet and not snobbish like I've experienced at regular Sephora stores. I will definitely be back!

Always good advice from the sales associates. They don't hover over you or pressure sales. Just there when you need them. Thank you.

I am not a Sophora fan nor a Kohl's shopper. I had a gift card and decided to look around Sephora. I don't ever buy expensive makeup, so I didn't even know what I was looking for when I journeyed into the brightly lit unknown. Thank goodness I was found by Sharita a Sophora sales associate, beauty consultant, store rep, or whatever the fancy name is. I explained what I was looking for and how much I was able to spend. Without hesitation or making me feel judged Sharita showed me several different things, gave me a sample to bring home and try, let me look around on my own a bit and checked up on me. It was great to be treated so nice and listened to even without the expectation of spending a lot at this visit. Maybe she turned me into a fan!explained

So I went in today just to do a little shopping trying to get some eyeliner‘s… Mascara. Perfumes and a little bit of something … The two young ladies were very unprofessional. I was asking a couple questions after they asked me if I need any help.. At first they both thought. I was trying to steal, absolutely not.. I understand that they are trying to do their job and I get it… you shouldn’t judge a book by its cover.. at the end of the day if I’m asking you for help and you were ignoring me.. and looking the other way like you don’t know what’s going on and don’t what to help me, and then give me an attitude because they don’t want to help me or know about the make up I am talking about.. so sad because this was my first time in the store. I wanted to give it a chance and I am the type to spend a lot of money with Sephora.I love everything that they have to offer. one of My favorite places to shop especially… I’m from the Strongsville area.. so this is very upsetting please talk to your staff.. I know you just opened but please let the young ladies know that they need to be more professional with the way they talk to their customer.. It’s upsetting… just trying to get a couple things that I needed.. so please work on your attitudes and stop thinking everyone is going to steal.. Thanks!!!

Return Policies and service is amazing! Especially now during the pandemic. Odering and store pick is easy as well.

I have shopped at this location several times since this pandemic started, with no mask. I am medically exempt from the mask mandate, and I have never been given a problem, until today. I walked in with my children, without a mask. A worker asked me if I needed one and I said, 'No thank you, I am medically exempt". Her exact words to me were, 'We've been told that there is no medical exemption, and that there is no reason why ANYONE cannot wear a mask". I told her she was dead wrong, and walked out of the store. I will never shop at this store again!

All of a sudden Kohl's is enforcing the mask policy stating that "we've been told that there is no such reason, medically, that someone can't wear a mask"!?! How completely and totally absurd! My doctor would disagree with you and I have the written note to prove it! Its ok though, my money spends elsewhere. Kohl's has lost my business and the business of my family, and the business of quite a few of my friends!
