“Tina the Manager was a Great help! Fast, Curtious and Punctual. She showed me to my unit and help me understand the amenities very well! One of the best storage managers i have ran across. The call center on the otherhand needs work. I'm unsure why people just cant connect with the facility itself instead of having to go through a call center that I had to call 3 seperate times because the person taking the reservations made clerical errors. I would suggest going there in person if you have the extra time, call first though to make sure Tina is there or someone to help you. The Units are well secured with a keycode to get in and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a secure, safe environment to store their items. Thank you again Tina for all your help, customer satisfaction and guidance. 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“This place reminds me of down south. They are always so nice when I come to get some items from storage. There is always someone in the office ready for ppl to ask questions. They will always have someone in the office even if the matter is concerning something out of the office. Keep up the good work team.”

“I was able to get a storage unit right away and the promotion to get the first month free was honored since I was told by the agent on the phone that the promotion was still going on but when I arrived in person she did not mention it. It's easy to access the unit and the price is reasonable”

“Docking with them last couple years. I love it mostly good old boys. Nice people, fishing cleaning station with freezer for scraps. Close enough to fish lorain dump or go west for the vermilion bite.”
