Very uneducated workers. Disrespectful frustrated employees. I bought clippers that did not charge properly tried to return them the following day with receipt showing they gave me the wrong item as well and told me all sales are final.

DO NOT GET ADVICE!!!!! FOR MONTHS I WENT TO THIS LOCATION ASKING WHAT TO DO TO GET MY HAIR WHITE...I WAS TOLD TO DO MANY STEPS FROM DIFFERENT SALES Associate my hair is darker and dull very unhappy I trusted everyone who gave me advice there.....

Org. post 8 mos ago.... edited today to say I still feel the same. Horrible, horrible service. If you're licensed go somewhere else for your product needs/discounts. And NOONE should be taking any advice from them....they're not licensed and don't know all of the damage they could be causing! Management ??Go to Elyria branch....better service
