I have been with Robert Taylor Insurance for almost 7 years now. I have had nothing but good experiences. I have a new agent and this girl Hope is awesome. I had a difficult situation with the company in charge of my mortgage. Hope was very knowledgeable and helpful about the whole situation and spent a lot of time on the phone back and fourth for me. She was very passionate and she went above and beyond for me. Highly recommend Robert Taylor Insurance and make sure you ask for Hope!

Avoid like the plague. I was lied. They said I had insurance and was covered after paying cash. Turns out several days later I was informed I wasn't covered. They didn't tell me, the city housing department did. So when I showed up to get my money back, they say sorry you have to wait 2 weeks for a check to be mailed to me. The paperwork I was given when I left wasn't even the policy, it was just the application. Thanks for ruining things for me because of your incompetennce.

I'm not happy with my insurance poor customer service increasing my bill almost $20 due to an increase in claims that I have nothing to with.. than I was told due to inflation which one is it???I have a clean driving record for a reasonhere I'm looking for another discount and they aren't trying to give them out I earned it...
