This has been our pharmacy for years , but when it takes three days and still gotta wait for my child's prescription... Way too much for me. The new pharmacy staff is ridiculous. If I could give a zero I would.

I like to shop here for seasonal items, they always have really cool stuff which is surprising for a pharmacy store. They usually have good sales too.

Very clean store, in and out. Employees are very kind and helpful. Pharmacy is awesome and very efficient. Pharmacists go over and beyond to be helpful. This is a keeper of a store. Kudos to all at rite aid at the GROVE AVE/RT 57 store. Thank you for always being there for me and all your customers.

I was at checkout and all my items were scanned all I needed was to pay for computer froze. so cashier told me to wait, not paying attention I looked over and noticed he’s taking other customers at the other register. after trying to be patient and waiting I then told him “ shouldn’t I have been next“ he then told me “ wait“ and proceeded to take another customer! I was in a hurry and left very disappointed. I then decided to call manager and told her everything, she then told me she’ll have “a little talk with him” I did not receive no apology and phone call ended shortly after that. i’d say that’s very unprofessional of both people. I grew up going to this Rite Aid and probably won’t be coming back after this.
