I have known the Pallens since I have lived here in Lorain14 yrs. Thomas his wife and Steven his son also Victor have treated me like family. I will never say a bad word against any of them. The service is professional and work done is always above perfection. I will always and only use their business.

Quick and efficient!! I was able to schedule my appointment online. The staff who interacted with me were friendly and informative. I had some concerns about my tires and they were able to give me an estimate on when they'd likely need to be rotated. I would certainly recommend!

I thought it was the alternator which would have cost more to repair. But Pallens determined it was the belt tensioner which cost less. Thanks Pallens saving me the money.
