3 day shipping my rear end. Me and my pregnant fiancé ordered a bed a week ago. A $5000 bed. 3 days later and no call no show. Fast forward to last night, and we were given a 25% discount and a guaranteed delivery date of today. They then called to confirm our cancelation. We never canceled out bed, and they tried to keep all our money. Beyond fed up with OMF.

Was not qualified for our mattress sale and the bed is not great. Bonnell coils are not good for pressure relief which is what we need after surgeries. The trade in to upgrade would cost us $500 off the purchase price and the upgrade difference. Not a good deal for the customer. I sold beds and wanted to buy local but this was a costly mistake. Had to buy a latex topper for the back ache.
