Extremely satisfied, I had my favorite watch repaired,had great advice and very knowledgeable, repaired my watch better than factory, gave me a thicker crystal and a new gasket seal and cleaned and polished it for me, works flawlessly. Also fixed a gold chain clasp for me and cleaned the necklace super shiny, both repairs total cost was surprisingly cheap and done within a couple days of just walking in. Thank you very much, you have my business and recommend you to everyone in need

We live in another state now, but our daughter still lives in Ohio. I go out of my way to bring jewelry that needs repair with me when we visit. They have kept this ring in great condition for over 12 years. They are fabulous jewelers! I don't trust anyone else with my precious items.

A very nice place, right on Broadway, with plenty of selection and quality items to choose from. This business is historical to Lorain and the people who work and own the place are so very nice. They do great work with jewelry and watch repair. I highly recommend this place to everyone!!!
