I try to go with him when he needs something, but sometimes, he has a mind of his own. I appreciate that she takes the time with him even though she constantly has to repeat herself louder so he can hear!”

Best yet, he up dated our plan and corrected our information associated with each phone and service. He also went above and beyond by gathering and showing my daughter all the iPhone cases for her phone. Sam took the time to help answer all of our questions and gather all of our correct information. The best customer service experience we have had at a store in quite a while! Definitely recommend shopping at the Lorain store.”
