I bought a high-end Beautyrest Black mattress totaling $4,600 and when I went to return it , I was only able to receive $3,600 back. It was in perfect shape , just like new and within 60 days .Their return policy is deplorable.

Isiah was so helpful!!! He was very informational and patient!! He knew what to show me for the comfort i was looking for AND the best bang for my buck. Amy was also very helpful!! Me and my mom came in and bought us both beds!!! It was a great time. Thanks guys!!!

Stopped in and was greeted by Isiah. The whole experience was excellent. Tried out 5 different styles/types. Isiah was patient and attentive to what my sleep needs are. He assisted me with the financing process AND informed me they are having a Labor Day sale! I’m planning on taking my Dad there next! Thank you, Isiah!

We went to the Lorain Mattress Firm store to find a new mattress for my mom. We met Amy. She was very helpful and very knowledgeable. Mom found a mattress she loves and it will be delivered on Monday. This shopping trip made her 89 yo day. Thank you Amy.
