My sister has been taking her car there for years. And over the years has gotten to know the owner and mechanic there. Really good guy. He is very knowledgeable and very reasonable with his prices on most car repairs. It's local too. He also over the last couple of years has been our supplier of wood for the firepit in the backyard. Oh yeah and the gas prices are average to below average at times. Alsso sells diesel gas. Yes I definitely recommend giving Gary and Marathon Gas a try

Very welcoming place to go, Gary gos above and beyond for my family, especially my father in law, we live around the corner and stop there alot, he let us park one of our cars there in the winter so it wasn't on the street when there was a snow ban, so we didn't get towed , we are greatful for Gary's marathon, thanks again

I needed front brakes on my 2012 Chrysler 200 and I called Gary who owns the marathon station down the street from me. I try to support local businesses and will continue to do so. He quoted me a price to do the front rotors, pads and a new caliper on the front passenger side. The price was cheaper than anywhere else and the service was excellent. He got the work done on time and quality work. If you need your car repaired call Gary at the marathon station on Garfield blvd in lorain. He can do all work on cars. Highly recommended. He has my buisness from now on. Also he didnt pressure me into doing other things on my car like some places do. He did what I asked and did great work.

Sells diesel cheaper then pilot. Dispensers are on small island separate from gas!
