BEWARE OF THIS STORE !!!! I was told if I opened a Lowes credit card that I would receive a 20% discount & 6 months same as cash because my purchase was over $299. Spent $500. When I received my credit card statement I did not see a promotional balance listed. I called Synchrony Bank, they said you cannot get both the 20% discount and the same as cash. I spoke with a manager who said this would need to be handled on a store level. I contacted the store, the ASM on duty referred me to customer care. I was given the wrong phone number & customer care transferred me back to Synchrony Bank who told me once again that the store would need to handle this .... I called the store again, spoke to a different manager who stated they cannot help, despite being given wrong information by a store employee. The reason I opened the card was for the discount and the 6 months same as cash. So now I'm stuck with either paying $100 more for a product I could have gotten less expensive (without the discount) elsewhere to get the same as cash, paying $500 that I wasn't expecting to pay by July 7th, or be charged Synchrony Banks astronomical interest rate of 31.99%. The only reason I opened a credit card was for the discount and the same as cash. Horrible customer service on all ends, the person who gave me wrong information, the store managers, and Synchrony Bank.

Have bought two mowers there in last month. First one they returned second one they told me call manufacturer which is impossible. Wasn’t even 30 days. Had to return a snowblower last year after it worked twice. It’s well known Lowe’s and HD get manufacturers low quality retail product. I took the bait. I was a fool. Highly recommending not buying any appliances at Lowes. Their manager Ken was completely rude and basically hung up on me and told me to go pound sand.

The majority of the staff seemed to be pissed off, and I'm not going to judge somebody by their appearance. However, their are a few of them that are expecting people to say something about their appearance, so to me, that means they have a problem with their own appearance if they're expecting. They should just do their job and not worry about what other people think. They are cheaper than Home Depot, and it is one of the few places that give a veterans discount and have four parking spaces for veteran parking. Overall, I would give them an eight out of ten.

I had bought a grill online. I had purchased scheduled delivery due to the fact i wanted it assembled. Originally it was to be Wednesday but it had not been assembled. I called,very upset ,and Ken took care of it. He got it assembled by that evening and we made arrangements for Friday delivery. Well the time allotment came and went. Seems there was an issue with the third party delivery compsny.
Ken stepped up and got my grill delivered that night so my Memorial day would not be ruined.

Went for potting soil and mulch. Got a flat bed went inside picked up the soil and started looking for $2 black mulch. There was an empty hole. I asked for help. Was told all of that mulch was outside in the load line. So instead of loading my cart and going to my car, I had to wait in line for half an hour to be loaded.

We had our washer and dryer delivered by David and Tim this morning and we give them high praise for their efficiency and professionalism. We wish all customer service was as great as this! Give those guys a raise!!
