Bad experience. They Messed up doing my federal return. After I pointed it out the following day they did an amendment and now it’s 6 weeks later and still haven’t gotten my return and the only thing I got from them is “you’ll have to call the IRS”. Quite expensive too it seems, they took my entire Ohio return as payment. Crazy how their fee was right down to the penny the same price as my return. Supposedly that was due to a discount they gave me.

Maria was great! She informed me about so much I did not know especially as a self employed business. She was friendly and patient. She is also bilingual in English and Spanish. I learned a lot!!! Would highly recommend. Thankyouuuuu!!!!

Its my 3rd year filing with Liberity Tax. Mrs. Wright has always been very meticulous, up front, and prompt in filing my tax return. So, far no issues receiving my refund direct deposit. The filing fees has certainly went up over the years, but that's to be expected any where you go. It was nice to know the Lorain Taxation Dept prepares your city tax for free with the exception of owing the city. Like always I'll be back next year! I'll be bringing my daughter. See you next year!

Very very disappointed! My husband and I both had appointments! We showed up and nobody was there! Waited outside just in case they were running late and still nobody. I called multiple times there was no answer as well.

I would put 0 stars. Jerome ********* is unprofessional and this establishment is a representation of his inability to adequately find resolution to client concerns. Including confidentiality, misconduct, and many other malpractice within the offices of Liberty tax.
