Typically I only come to this store for the sephora but today I made a clothing purchase. The lady running the register was getting overwhelmed when a younger girl opened a second register to help out. This particular sales associate was very knowledgeable and helped me understand how kohls cash works. I recommend this Kolhs location over others as the staff seems like they actually want to help!

I have always liked Kohls and continue to go there. I even visit the store when I am on vacation somewhere. I like the clothing line, shoes, kitchen and housewares.. prices are about the same as other stores except when on sale, then better.

Shopping at Kohls is a breeze. Quick and easy returns, sales are always great. Store is clean and associates friendly. Can't find a better place to shop.

I did the survey yesterday. However, I failed to mention that the cashier’s name is Ethan. I was very impressed with this young man. He’s courteous, fast and knowledgeable. He’s an asset to the store.

The cashier at the Kohl's store in Lorain was extremely rude to my wife and me. I lived and worked in the Washington DC area for 35 years. i shopped at Kohl's often and never received such an attitude from any of the Kohl's employees. I'll never shop at this Kohl's location again. This employee should not be working in a customer service business.
