I've been to 5 different Huntington branches and this is definitely the worst. This location has gone to hell since Amanda became the manager. Showed up 22 minutes before closing to initiate a wire and I was told there wasn't time to do it (the banker will would have initiated it was busy having a personal conversation which I overheard, nothing about banking). I immediately drove over to the Amherst branch, arrived there 9 minutes before closing and they said 'no problem '. I initiated my wire without any issues. Also when I first tried to open my accounts, the Lorain branch told me to come back another day so I immediately drove to the Amherst location and everything worked out that day as well. Don't waste your time at the Lorain branch!

Worst branch out of the whole bank. Literally the worst customer service. Every banker just makes there own rules as the day goes by. Complete joke. This branch is the reason why I’m taking my personal and business accounts to a new bank.

If you need to open an estate account, please do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE else but here. I thought it would be easier since I personally bank with Huntington, but I won't even be doing that anymore. Not worth the headache. They'll say you don't need an appointment, but then NO ONE in the office can actually do what you need. And when you call in to schedule, you can pick "pretty much" any day but one that works for you. Useless.

Terrible Customer Service at this bank there was 5 people in line and I waited in line for 20 mins and then when it was my turn they Said they were too busy to open an Account for me to come back another time after I waited all that time and there was no one else in line after me at that time . They obviously just didn’t want to do it. She was rude to I would never walk in that Branch again. With all the Banks in that street they need to do better!!

The last 2 times I went to the ATM there were people (a woman sitting on the ground asking for a dollar) today one came up to my car( leaning)saying she hasn’t ate in 3 days asking for 5$-10$. Staring at my bank card in my hand. I went down the road to a drive up ATM. (Paid the fee) This bank should get one. Don’t feel safe. Called bank they advised me they have a restraining on that lady. They should relocate this branch. Thinking of different options

Banking staff is very slow, rude, disrespectful and not professional at all. Not to mention... small parking lot spaces, long lines in drive thru, and poor customer service habits. Customers are often treated like criminals for getting a large direct deposit from the IRS or thru their local tax financial institution. Your basically criminalize for having a few thousand in the bank. Especially if your not their typical bank customer who's suppose to be broke. Your own hard earned money is sought as a red flag in their eyes. If I wasn't the Custodial Parent on my children's account , I would take my business elsewhere.

They never answer the phone it take more then 10 try’s . Then they don’t give cards out no more so that you can have easier access too your account instead of calling constantly in not getting a response I had too call a different branch for info on my account
