I called about a week ago to get a Corsage made and the girl that answered was very understanding since the band had to be custom made and fairly smaller than normal and then the boutineere was also added onto the order and when i went there today to pick them up, they were the prettiest corsage and boutineere ive ever seen, very pretty red roses and the ribbon and the band was the perfect size, not too small nor too big for the girl, didnt slip or choke out her wrist so very good on their end, but everything looked perfect and was exactly what i was looking for and ill be happy to come again and make more orders when i need to, the customer service was very good as well. I would reccomend this place to anyone looking for flowers, stuff for homecoming or any kind of special event, and more.

Ordered a bouquet, teddy bear, and chocolate strawberries for my 9 year old baby sister’s birthday yesterday evening. The sales associate that I spoke with went above and BEYOND for me, seriously. This birthday was a very emotional one, and the card and delivery both had to be just right. Let’s just say, they understood exactly what I needed, and my baby sister was OBSESSED with her flowers. I am so unbelievably thankful for Flowerama, Lorain!

Called this morning and told them what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay and they knocked it out of park couldn't of asked for anything better and even got them delivered on same day..... Never disappointed with this flower shop and how they do business......

Flowerama always has the best flowers! They are my go to for any special occasion for my wife. Their flowers last longer than any place I've ever gotten them from. The best part is their staff. They are always friendly and helpful, regardless of how busy they are.

Dad and I ordered flowers for my mom's birthday over the phone. Maritza was AMAZING!!! She was very kind, had an upbeat energy at 8 AM, and went beyond our needs. She even went out of her way to find the plush bear we had in mind.Thanks for making Mom's birthday special Maritza and Flowerama.
