I've been with the bank for some time and decided to use my bank to purchase my first home. I've worked with my realtor for a few years and the timing just seemed right. My loan officer Daniel would never give me a straight answer to some of my questions. And when I ran into a issue he wasn't any help. I felt like.he really didn't want to help.me anyways. And my realtor informed my he wasn't giving my the correct documents as well. I decided to part ways and used another company which turned out to be a huge blessing!

Candise matwijiw helping me when I came right before closing time was awesomeness.. She informed me of options I didn’t even know I could do..I own a small lawn care business and I can only come on certain days/times and she was a breath of fresh air dealing with.. Very professional and just a bubbly human being which now a day that personality hard to come by.. Great job management by hiring mrs. Matwijiw!!!!

On Saturday 03/25/23 My card had fraudulent charges made against it. I called customer service to despute it. I was told it could not since it was not processed yet. On Monday morning 03/27/23 I went in ,I spoke with Josh. I told him the co. In question was called Cosmic Wave. He Stopped my card and issued a new one. He said the $30.00 charge would ba waived. Well it wasn't. On Tuesday 03/28/23 I went in to asked Him why ??? He told Me only $15.00 a day could be put back on. He asked if I received my new card yet. I told Him no. Well to make a long story short, Three calls later to Customer Service and more headaches than it's worth. This morning 04/01/23 The only money put back on my card is $15.00 I'm done !!!

My husband asked the secured credit card dept to keep the deposit and paid off the balance! Then a month later he gets phone calls from them asking me to make a payment for more than $100! We assume it’s for interest as it had a balance of $0! But we can’t get an explanation because when he tells them that he asked them to close the card and use the deposit, and reference the previous experience they hang up on him! Leaving us clueless and no where to go with it!

I was referred to a michelle at this bank and I called for help to start the process of looking for a house .it's been 2 months she does not answer my calls and she is never there.Why take all my info for nothing.

Had very bad experiences with this bank I got told my credit limit went down 2200 cuz of my credit report my credit is 700 and have no late fees and they say its cuz of that like what... I have had this for like 2 years and they haven't Increased it once other credit cards I have did in like a month with them nothing for 2 years and then they go and take money away probably getting ready of them 100% if they dont help me out tomorrow one thing I can say tho they ppl are very nice ........ only good thing about this place

Although they do great services, they're very unprofessional. They gave me the wrong routing number 4 times so I didn't get a paycheck from work for almost two months.

I've been going to Fifth Third bank since I was in my teens. I've never really had any issues with any of the local branch offices. I like going to this branch more so than the others because they aren't typically busy and there is always someone available to talk to if necessary. They have one 24 hour drive-thru ATM machine and one teller window that is open during regular business hours. My only gripe with this branch is that they often run out of deposit envelopes for the ATM machine over the weekends.
