Worst experience at a store of any kind. Bought a vape and opened it and tried it right in front of the person working and it was bad, ruined, it was only ten dollars but they refused to take it off my bill... It wasn't even about the money. Id you sell me a ruined product you should at least exchange it. They wouldn't even do that. Also extremely rude. Horrible representation of Exxon I left the vape on the counter and walked out.

Hands down one of the nicest gas stations I have been to in Lorain. They have 2 for $30 vape specials with a large selection. Gas is usually the cheapest on the street and Exxon is known to have high quality gasoline. The owners and employees are very nice people!
