They push extra services on you even though they have what you request available, they will say you can’t get regular polish with a full set…Also I just left not even 30 minutes ago and the tech put so little acrylic on the fixed nail, that it broke when I went to grab remote when I got home.Services: Nail extensions

I usually do my own nails. But I have only ever heard good things about this shop so I decided to give them a try and this was the worst experience I’ve had and is the reason I won’t let anyone else ever touch my nails. I told the man at station 18 that I wanted thin square french tip which obviously didn’t happen . In addition to completely disregarding those things, the sides of my nails weren’t painted on every single nail and two of my nails physically started to hurt to the touch roughly 2 hours after getting them done.So I called the shop and spoke to a guy and told him my complaints and asked if I could just come in and get them removed because they were so thick there was no way I could remove them myself. He told me I could come in and they wouldn’t charge me. So I go in to get the nails removed and the lady recognized me from the night before. She asked what happened and I showed her where there’s no polish on my nails and how thick they are and asked if there was any way they could fix them. She then tells me that I have to tell them how thick I want them and maybe I should try dip next time, essentially offers no solution & then proceeds to start taking the nails off for me. After the removal she then charged me $10 additional dollars for taking the nails off and says I’m giving you a discount because it’s usually $15. I didn’t go in asking for a refund for the initial job because I understand that was someone’s time. even though these were not worth the $70 that I ended up paying. But the fact that they didn’t even offer up a solution then charged me an additional $10 for a removal that another staff said I wouldn’t be charged for is ridiculous.

Took my 3 year old daughter today for her first “pedicure” (nail trim and polish) and it was the best experience I could have imagined! I couldn’t recommend this place more! I was brought to tears at how kind the staff was and how special my daughter felt! She told me she “felt like a real Princess” our wonderful nail artist even took photos of my daughter and her toes! 10/10 ❤️Service: Nail painting

Normally they do a great job but the last time I went I was there 4 hours between waiting and getting my nails done, with waiting while getting them done. Now I have been trying to get the dip nails off and they totally destroyed my nails, when I got them on they ripped the old nails off peeling layers of my actual nail off and then they caked on more dip than anyone I know has ever seen. I have a ridge on my nail where they put the dip on after tearing my nails apart. My nails are so weak now due to them incorrectly doing my nails.Services: Nail extensions

I been going to Eva’s nails since they opened, I have never been so embarrassed like I have there today. I will never go there again or recommend anyone to go there. I went today @ 9:30am when they opened I was the 3rd person to register to get my nails done a fill. I waited an hour and a half and sill was not called back ppl were walking in getting called back they were doing pedicures first I guess idk. So I get a text to give a review so I do give one, than I hear a man yelling I look he is yelling at me asking me if I have a review, I said yes I did, and he start screening how u going to give us a review you can get out of her now. I was so embarrassed and upset, I left and went to a different nail salon, I will never go there again that was so rude and unprofessional….. I call to talk to the manager and was nice I should’ve been he tells me I don’t care and hangs the phone up on me …

Pedi, mani with polish. This is by far the worst job I’ve ever had done on my feet and hands. I’m so mad at myself for leaving and having my nails look this way. Polish was old, thick and heavy. It looks like something my 6 year old niece did for me. Not to mention the terrible attitudes they had. They were totally put out when I asked questions. If I was given a gift certificate for there I would never use it. I had my nails redone the next day elsewhere.Services: Manicure

This place has a very elegant,clean, classy look to it. My wait wasn't too long. The nail tech I had was focused on my nails and did a great job. They are flawless ? ✨️ he did exactly what I asked for. I wish I got his name to request him for next time. Only a few suggestions, maybe soft music in the background and lotion for your hands when done. Other than that, I got what I paid for. Prices are reasonable. I'm very satisfied. Thank you!
