My husband and I went into D&D a few months ago to get rid of some Jewelry that had accumulated over the years...Having never done this before we weren't sure what to expect and having read online reviews about other places and the horror stories those before us had encountered, we were rather nervous before we walked through the door...I think our guardian angels were with us that day because any apprehension or preconceived idea either of us had before was immediately wiped away the moment we met Dave (the owner)...He is a kind and welcoming person, who treated us as if we were old friends, rather than 2 strangers he was meeting for the first time...He guided us through the process very smoothly, told us things about some of the items we didn't know about (such as letting us know that a ring we thought was sterling silver was actually 14kt white gold) and was incredibly fair in the amounts that he offered us for each piece...We even had one item that he put aside, telling us that we could get 2-3x more for it at a consignment shop then he would be able to offer us...My husband and I walked away feeling like valued customers...D&D Coins and Jewelry will be the first place we will always go to when we have gold, silver, jewelry or coins to sell...we feel confident that we will get a fair offer and be treated with kindness and respect...Thanks Dave for all your help. :-)
