“My boyfriend and I went on the Fall Foliage Voyage hosted by the Lorain Port Authority, and it was so much fun! Captain Roy pointed out some cool historical things and taught us about different kinds of wildlife along the black river. The ride was smooth (just a little chilly!) and Captain Roy was willing to stop to answer questions throughout. A great way to spend a Saturday afternoon.”

“Went my first time today to drop off paper work, everyone was nice including the lady at the window before me. Especially the security guard who helped me get in and out quickly! Also whoever answered the phone and told me exactly what I needed and where to drop it off, thank you all so much!!!”

“Just had my intake assessment. You can show up any weekday before 2pm and get your registration and assessment done. The staff was super friendly and very professional. I never felt like I was being judged or anything like that.I haven't had my appt with a psychiatrist yet, but if the staff I interacted with are any indication, things should go really well ?”
