These people do not answer the phone and do not return calls in a timely manner. It has deterred me from wanting to do business there.

There is always something wrong with this ATM just close the damn thing already. Today the touch screen wasn’t working probably frozen thanks for wasting my time chase.

Do NOT open a business account with chase!! Especially for a small business!! They do not release your funds properly, they will tell you it’s next business day deposit but they will randomly put a hold on your money for your business to struggle with no income and possibly fail! The worst bank around!!
