New owners definitely increased prices this place is definitely not a locally owned I care about the community place anymore! Plus now they have a new couple working there and the woman doesn’t even want to exchange money hand to hand she drops the money on the counter to avoid hand contact with you!!!! And the she talks about you in another language to her husband! I will not be back!!!

We always liked this place, and their chicken is delicious! However, until the ownership changed recently, service was less than good... We are starting to revisit the food mart again with the hope that the new owners will maintain a professional business! We do like to support local businesses!

Worst since they sold dried chicken and joes and people at counter always on phone not even looking at you cause there on ear phones talking a different language!! This has happened multiple times. If you want food dried up cause they don't change oil or pay attention what they have to sell! Will never go Back!!!!

We ordered a large pepperoni tonight and usually it's pretty good, but tonight the pizza was undercooked had holes throughout the dough and had what looked like some kind of weird cheese glob underneath. Check your food before you leave store..

The pizza was fantastic, I had a half pepperoni and half cheese. Fried chicken is the best around, staff is always friendly and helpful. Recommend

I've been coming here for over 25 years. The chicken is the absolute best in Lorain! Pizza is also top notch. I like to grab lunch here then head over to Lakeview Park to eat and enjoy the scenery.

The chicken in really awesome, and all staff are friendly and after under new management the store is looking different, clean and hygiene. And most good think is thay have service on Doordarshan.

The rudest employees. The wait for deli meat is ridiculous and it’s very unsanitary. The owner himself is a nice guy, but they fly through employees and most of the time they are not friendly or have any sort of customer service skills. You’re better off driving 10 minutes away go Giant Eagle or another grocery store.
