I had paid for a pattern carpet to be installed in my home about a year ago. I love the pattern as it matched my blinds perfectly. The installation was very poor, they used a staple gun to tack down the carpet instead of nails, now, I have areas of rippling in the living room center and by the hallway and baseboards! I also only wanted one seam in the hallway and I have two both are rippling! The installer used a tool to lift the strip that was on my bathroom granite flooring and chipped my granite floor and also the tools in his back pocket, scraped my new paint off my wall in the hallway. The installers were unprofessional and used profanity in my home! I made 5 scheduled appointments with the owner, and every time a no call no show!

This was unprofessional job I've ever had done the worker was so rude and the job wasn't good at all ...The entry room divider wasn't even put in .. they left and left all doors wide open ... The floors was never cleaned up after they finished the job .The vent covers was never put back down ... Just a messed up all around....

My experience with Al and his installers was awesome. Besides Al having a wonderful personality and great sense of humor, he made me feel like a good friend. After getting two other quotes, one of them being family, Al beat them both by hundreds. The carpet he showed me was exactly what I wanted and was of great quality including the padding. I would recommend anyone to go see Al for any flooring. I am extremely happy with the entire process. Thanks so much Al!

EDIT....I PERSONALLY used carpet warehouse at my own residence back in 2016 & have since sold the house. My fiance & I subsequently have used them at HIS rental property and OUR personal residence since then. Invoices are in his name.We have used carpet warehouse at my previous residence & our rental property several times & have always been very pleased. We recently had flooring installed in our entire downstairs & it looks great but what was supposedly to be a 5 day job turned into 10. The trim work including some baseboards and all quarter rounds was a disaster. Nothing matches & we will have to hire someone to redo it. Al is a super nice guy but this job was a disappointment
