They fit us in. Did good work. Were very reasonable in price and were honest. They informed me the part the dealership was telling us we needed repaired to the tune of about $500-600 was absolutely fine and didn't need repaired at all! The repairs they have done have been well done. We were referred by family who use their services and we're very satisfied and pleased and will use their services ongoing as needed. Thanks Broadway Brake and Tire.

DO NOT MAKE AN APPOINTMENT WITH THIS SHOP UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO WAIT AROUND THERE ALL DAY FOR SOMOENE TO SHOW UP. I would give 0 stars if I could. They don't open until 9:30am daily (closed on Sundays) and when I made a 9:30am appointment over a week in advance for a Monday morning, no one even showed up to the shop. I'm talking doors locked, no one answering the phone. I waited 30 minutes (until 10:00am) and finally left. I had even arranged a ride back home from the shop with the intention of just dropping my car off, so not only did they waste my time but my ride's as well. Learn to tell time or don't run a service business, plain and simple. Absolutely no regard for anyone else's time or schedule.

On my way to a doctor appointment and tire started going flat as I was driving.Notified my nephew afterwards and he came to take the tire off. Meanwhile I was on the phone with Broadway Brake Tire. They told me they were heading to lunch but someone stayed behind because said I could be there in 10 minutes with the tire. Well it took 30 minutes and couldn't get it off. Ended up driving my car to the shop ON A FLAT. Luckily it wasn't too far.Ok I'm rambling....Long story short even though I wasn't there in 10 as stated they still greeted me with a pleasant smile and kindness with in 10 minutes had the old off and new on and I was on my merry way.Would recommend this establishment to anyone needing auto repair.Thank you guys so much for your time.
