“Up til now I have had no issues with this bank. But as of late they have put in place alot of new policies and they also have started to charge for this and that. So I really don't know what is what with them anymore”

“The lady who waited on us was very patient. My Mom is 85 and hard of hearing. The lady talked loud enough for Mom to hear her and she also repeated things for her. When it was time to count out money for Mom the lady counted the money slowly which made it much easier for us to follow. One improvement the lady could have made was to smile.”
