I called them today and asked about some emergency contacts. My daughter broke her glasses and her contacts got ruined. Now she can not see. The woman on the phone told me that the contacts they have are only for customers. My family has been coming here for several years. I called back to ask if i heard her correct then she hung up on me. I was in complete disbelieve. So I called back to let her know that my family will no longer be conducting business with them.

everytime i come here it’s always a pleasant experience. the front desk girls are nice and when i ordered my very first pair of contacts ever, they helped me take them out and put them in.

The medical assistant are extremely helpful and so great! Very patient with helping my kids learn how tk put confacts in and look for glad. I moved to Cleveland and still make the trip because they are so great!

I visited to order new glasses, my first pair in many years. The employee was friendly and helpful. Even when business was busy, she was still sweet and patient with customers. She treated everyone like her family. I was not pressured on purchases. My glasses arrived in less than half the time she had said! They provide great service! I can not recommend enough.
