I made an appointment on Tuesday for 12pm thursday. I showed up and tbe place looks run down and it's closed. I called and no one would pick up. What a scam.

Their ad says they tint windows, however when I called to set up an appointment to have my windows tinted they said "we do not tint windows". Ad needs to be changed or staff needs to trained on the services they provide.

Had a 10 am appointment. No sign of them, sent a text at 10:30 said they would let me know what time they would arrive. 1:30 pm no sign of them and no text. Let them know I would take my car somewhere else, didn't even respond to confirm or apologize.
