I stopped at 7/11 on my way home last night from work. I just went in to get something to drink and there was a man there a tall dark skinny man that work there who kept harassing me. He made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Predator types vibes. Ladies if you go there alone please be careful or don’t go at night time. I was definitely concerned for my safety.

Paid for 40$ worth of gas only was able to pump 10$ because the pump cut off. Teller would not refund me my money. Told me on his end it shows that I pumped 40$. He was very rude yelling and saying I’m not getting my money back. He then made a phone call and told me to come back in the morning. When I asked who do I talk to in the morning I was told he doesn’t know, when I asked him who was the manager that I could call he told me don’t ask him. I Only gave one star because I couldn’t rate lower!!

Terrible service and a guy claiming to be the owner rude and flipping customers the bird. Saw him harass a customer as he was sitting in his car. Never coming here again.

I see alot of negative reviews on here, but my experience was good. Today was my first time stopping here for some coffee and milk. And the cashier was helpful and actually saved me money by signing me up for the rewards program.Now the outside and overall structure could use a face lift but I know times are tough with covid so It is what it is.The coffee was hot and they have alot of flavoring choices.The milk was Borden dairy and was no were near expiration.

I shop at this store for gas/cigarettes/drinks 3-4 times a week. I buy the same cigarettes. Today I ask for my cigs and bags my items and I pay and leave. I get home get settled in a realize cashier gave me wrong cigs, I return within 20-30 min with cigs and receipt and she says she can’t exchange them. Making up laws, after she gave me wrong items. I try to support the store’s in my neighborhood but not this one anymore. I will tell all my neighbors, and I know a lot of people.

Wouldn't recommend. They refused to give me my owed change from my fuel. Then I simply asked when the manager will be in so she can help solve my problem. The attendant then proceeded to call me a liar because the money never showed back up on my bank statement. So the attendant decided it'd be a good idea to follow me to my car to show me an unwanted receipt to "show" me he wasn't a liar. Well if you're not a liar then what happened to my money?

I live right down the street, stopped there tonight the cashier was sleeping, when I woke him he was rude,. The only reason I stop here is because it's in the way home .asked him for owners number, he responded u know her number if u co e here.,...wow. Time to dri e to speesway. I also want to say the managers during day are great but I will never stop here again at night and I spend approx30$

Lots of parking and clean restrooms is hard to beat plus a food court with lots of options. You can also buy sourvineers and snacks for the rest of your trip. Nice place to stretch your legs walking inside

This is a cool rest stop with a bit of something for everyone. Starbucks is stationed here for those over exhausted from a long drive. If looking for souvenirs to take home from Ohio, they have some of the cutest souvenirs such as stuffed animals, T-shirts etc. Some other fun places available for eating/drinking are Popeyes, Aunt Annies, and Panera bread. There's a retro video game for extra fun. I can't forget to mention the lottery machine for a chance to win riches. Also, if you need a break, there is plenty of seating available for dining. Lastly male and female restrooms are available. There a no gender neutral restrooms. Just steps away from the rest stop is a gas station with reasonable prices. Enjoy!

the worst service ive had. auntie annes had no meat, short changed me, and said the drink i ordered was "a pain in the a*** and "isnt even that good" and "thank god its limited edition". the starbucks doubled charged and forgot three peoples drinks and screwed up mine. i said i want a trenti dragon drink. she said "you mean trenta" in a rude tone. she gave me a dragon drink refresher. when i told her thats not what i ordered she said "you ordered a refresher". considering this group of buffoons cant even remember three other peoples drinks its not surprise she cant remember mine. i dont go on this plaza often but avoid at all costs, irs better to wait 14 miles for the next one.
